CASE#01s

The project name: The exhibition pavilion site from the Internet exposition Art Corporation pavilion site

Consultation case
I heard a customer, Art Corporation, thinking of exhibiting to the Internet exposition. The Internet exposition was investigated confirming the concept and the target etc. of the site to the customer, and also. Several kinds of contents ideas suitable for the concept and the target were made. In that case, the contents idea that considered the system from our original viewpoint was made.

Contents proposal of pavilion site to customer

The presentation material that was able to be proposed to the customer in cooperation with the design company was made. It explained the outline to get on a big concept (family love and entertainment), and it explained several kinds of contents based on it. In that case, making an easy prototype was announced together, and the customer understood further.

Discussion with customer
I explained in detail of the content of the proposal, the customer's detailed demand and change, etc. and I added modifications and explanations on the system side to it. I was going to add the explanation again then and there, to consent, and to propose the amendment bill on the system side again when judged the content. I also obtained trust, shortening the distance with the customer because immediately I judged and answered, and it led to the speedup of the system start-up. It was convinced that this was a first step to the project success.

CASE#02

Project name: OLAP system consultation case for manufacturing

Consultation case
The consultation of the problems in the end user was done by hearing of the problem from the person in charge of business of the software general trading company with SI Company and the software general trading company. The customer's demand definition was adequately done. In addition, it was confirmed at the same time whether there was further problem except the order from the customer to make sure. I hear that it was the backbone system by the host computer. It is more difficult, in this case, to correspond with the ERP package than a present host, though the ERP package was going to be adopted the output management slit.. (budget and period, etc.). It was a consultation whether as the management slit was needed; it was possible to solve it by another method.

System proposal to customer
I proposed a development with BI tool by which is not only lowering budget and shortening period, but also that development of maintenance go easier. The decision of the introduction was able to be decided, for the customer's understanding at the early stage because it had been proposed with the software general trading company after the advantage of the use of the BI tool had been understood enough.

True proposal to customer
In the early schedule the customer hoped to output the management slit from the host on the OLAP system side. I instituted the doubts, while piling up the system meeting, "What was a really necessary slit?", "Are all slits used?", and "Isn't there similar slit?" This review was dug up to participate for not only customer's person in charge of the system then but also the management representative on each site. As a result, half of many hundreds of the slit were able to be reduced even at the level. This led to the reduction for the budget and the period.
