■Please let me hear meeting MIT.
I had known Mr. Miyata, the president of MIT, before I started requesting
system developments in my company. I met him again at the same time
when he started up his new business. Since then, I’ve put orders
at MIT.
■Reasons to have selected MIT as a development company
We were able to expect that the content of meeting and the
proposal would be adequate to construct systems of our company, because
MIT understands enough the flow of the business of our company.
■Association with MIT
Since MIT was established, it has been a long time, more than 5 years.
■Satisfactory points and dissatisfactory points of completed
systems
The understanding of the Pansy business etc. is so fast that taking
a short term to construct a system have been of much help to us. Moreover,
it corresponds diligently for maintenance and following delivered systems.
The operation of the system can be secured for the business without
trouble. I have nothing to say, as any dissatisfactory points.
■Was there any change in the use of the systems from it?
I think that the business improvement has advanced by introducing
systems constructed by MIT.
■Have you ever been embarrassed in the communication with
our company?
Saturday is a working day in case of Pansy. But basically MIT doesn't
make Saturday a working day. I am likely to be a little embarrassed
when something happening at that time. I have heard, however, the telephone
number as an urgent where to make contact. So, this is not a problem
of magnitude, although it has taken some time for me to let them correspond
to some degree.
■What are you expecting from our company in the future?
I want you to always offer new information related to IT for our company,
Pansy Ltd and to offer the various progressive proposals from now
on, too. Moreover, I wish for MIT to leap greatly.
